There are a few tactical reasons why I send a mailer to residents of Ladera Ranch. First, residents have experienced how remarkable our community is and want their friends and family as neighbors. Secondly, many residents don't want to leave Ladera but need to upsize or downsize their home. I produce a custom brochure for your home professionally made and printed. Inside the brochure is a custom list of every upgrade completed for your home and a marketing piece filled with pictures of some the Ladera amenities.

Have you ever walked through a model home? Do you remember what it felt like, smelt like, and sounded like? This is what my Design Team does. They create an experience for potential buyers by tying the whole home together through professional staging. The same experience you once felt when you purchased your home, is what the Design Team creates.
Private Showings
When you choose to work with me, I believe that you hired me to sell your home. That is why I am present for 99% of all the private showings. Many of the agents that bring buyers are from out of the area and not familiar with all that Ladera Ranch has to offer. I have been a Ladera resident since 2014, my kids go to school here, play sports here. After the buyer fell in love with your home, I take them to different amenities in the community based on their interests.

Before your home goes on the market, I help you get it ready for the big day. This could be a painter to paint the entire home or do touch-ups, a handy man to fix some items around the house, a Gardner to take the landscaping to the next level, or a trash hauler to run some trips to the landfill. Whatever it is that you need, I have access to these resources.
Open Houses
I host your Open House on the weekends and send out promotional material beforehand. This widens awareness of your home to the neighborhood and allows potential buyers to walk through your home. Open Houses are also a great way to get feedback on your home. I follow up with every single person that comes to your Open House to get valuable feedback and see if your home is the home that fits their needs.
